The other night Jay got startled out of his sleep, and automatically stood up out of bed and said, "Hairy Tree Gnome."
"What?"
"Hairy Tree Gnome."
"Why are you saying that?"
"I don't know. It's just the first thing that popped into my head."

I have witnessed Jay suddenly being awakened from slumber, and it IS a funny sight. He jumped up off my couch like he was ready to run a marathon, and I wished I had that much energy in the mornings.
Mere muggles wouldn't understand, would they, Jay?
